Getting prepared

I totally understand why Bridcutt, Buckley, Ulloa and Barnes have left to play in the Premier League (Burnley were practically there) and I'm not that worried about that. We like everyone else will always have to suffer this but I am alarmed at how long it takes to put a back up or new recruitment plan into operation. This squad is quite frankly very ordinary and yet we have known that Ulloa and Buckley were off practically as soon as the season ended. It was only a question of dotting the i's and crossing the t's with that pair......... I know it's only two games in but I am seriously concerned looking at what we are putting out.
