5 years ago my friend called Baha was struggling to run round an athletics track as he needed treatment for a bad and rare illness he had just been diagnosed with but his doctor couldn't get the medication for him as it was expensive, so he reluctantly advised him to go private, his wife and him couldn't afford to pay for it, so his wife got in contact with her old friend, who was very rich and the owner of the healthcare company Baha needed, Baha fell for the rich friend and split up with his wife to be with her.
His wife let him go private for free and she paid a lot of money, for the treatment for his illness, his first doctor was a charismatic man who wasn't afraid to speak his mind but was dedicated to helping Baha get better, which he did to an extent, but eventually he declared that this person had "hit the roof" in terms of recovery because he had fallen out with Baha's rich wife because she was trying to find ways to make his treatment cheaper and she had got her money obsessed sister to do the companies budgets. In retaliation Baha's wife suspended and then sacked Baha's first doctor.
Baha's second doctor was much different from the first and was a fairly boring person, and just about kept Baha's condition to the same level as it was when he was with the first doctor, but he told Baha that he didn't want to be his doctor anymore after only a year because Baha's wife had hired her brother to try and find alternative and cheaper medication for Baha's condition, but the medication he found was less effective but did enough to keep Baha's condition stable.
The rich wife then hired another doctor, but unfortunately, she, her sister and her brother were obsessed with saving the company money, thus meaning that the treatment that Baha received was barely effective and Baha's condition started to decline.
