It does include housing though would expect that to be quite a chunk of it but good luck to them.They would of had to leave there current ground in 2 years time.

its not, its £100m for the whole development, stadium will be a fraction - 1/10th?

Not too long till a club like city build a TOWN and charge rent to all the residents and shops just to meet FFP. Laundrettes and supermarkets etc. no doubt included
