Albion winger Will Buckley's move to Sunderland has been confirmed by both clubs.
Buckley has signed a three-year deal with the Black Cats for an undisclosed fee, believed to be £2.5 million.
Albion chairman Tony Bloom said: "Will gave us some great moments during his time with the club and I would like to thank him for his efforts in his time with us and wish him well for the future."
Sunderland open their Premier League campaign at West Brom on Saturday.
