Yes, exactly, but that's not what you said. You said:
"If Evans is found not guilty of rape then he is a victim, which would mean she wasn't raped and, again, is not a victim!"
"And if found not guilty there is only one victim. And it's not the anonymous young lady"

That is wrong, as it's possible that she is a victim, even if he is found not guilty.

No! It would mean there is not proof beyond reasonable doubt that she was raped, it wouldn't actually mean she wasn't.
Correct, and in most cases it's very hard for someone to prove innocence (although there have been cases where the complainant has been proved to have lied). However, he should be allowed to continue his career and clubs should be free to employ him without having to deal with people turning up to the training ground with burning torches and pitchforks.

We haven't had the re-trial yet, but until we do, innocent until proven guilty.

It's sad that you're having to explain this over and over. Everything has to be black or white for some people.

Exactly, but retrial could be months away. As he's now 'innocent', during that time he should be allowed to train with Sheffield Utd, which he was prevented from doing whilst he was still a 'rapist'.

Personally I think being allowed to train would be good. If he is later found not-guilty, it would take him time to get back, so the sooner he starts training the better. It would be quite wrong of sponsors etc to object IMO.
