Warning - don't assume print at home means loaded on smart card

Just checked my sons smart card with the club as he has bought a ticket with his mate for tonight's game and I assumed it had been loaded but it hasn't so they printed off a ticket for me.

Apparently the facility to load these on the cards no longer works although will do eventually, not sure what that means?

But for now check with the club or you may be queuing with others tonight.
