[Albion] Do Agents Rule this Division?

This is a strange phenomenon, where as with the Premier League Agents are pushing their "good" players and are holding back offers from the Championship. The only early deals are done regarding those with two left feet or are looking for that final pay day. With the lower divisions they are busy arranging trials with different clubs for their out of contract players looking for a deal, this searching probably starts with about two months left of the old season, but there again I may be wrong.
Where does it leave our hopes? Bogged down in no man's land I am afraid because unless a board are prepared to pay silly money on both transfers and wages (McCormack to Fulham) the process is going to be infuriatingly slow, and will not kick in until the Premier League have named their final 25 for the first half of the season.
