If his current side are to be believed, they won't accept less than €5m (so basically £4m). Not sure we're in the market to spend that much on one player
There is absolutely no money in Ligue 2, and Tours get around 5k on average for their home games. In comparison to the Championship, it's miles behind it in terms of crowds, sponsorship/funding, and even quality.
If a club offered them circa £2m, i'd be very suprised if they turned it down.
