[Albion] Print at home tickets

I've never tried this option before but I've just gone online, ordered 3 adult tickets for the Southampton match.
I've received the email which is supposed to contain the PDF, which I need to open & print off the tickets.
The problem is, the little paper clip/attachment icon wont open.

Any ideas?
I'm using Mozilla Firefox if that makes any difference.

Receive my emails via Outlook....no problems with attachements

Try using another browser to open your email

I'm guessing you'll need to download the attachment, also worth checking you have an up up to date PDF (Acrobat etc) reader.

PDF files aren't supported by default from Windows: you need to install a reader.
Install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader from here:
http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

Reinstalled my Adobe reader & that seemed to do the trick.
PHEW!!

It's a great process and works a treat! Why anyone would queue at the ticket office is beyond me! I'd rather buy a printer at home than collect from that shambles on match day - luckily I can use the one at work!

Did you get the email immediately or do they process it manually and then send through? Just bought two for the Cheltenham game and was emailed a receipt for the payment but nothing else.

Mine all came through pretty quickly. Check your spam file etc

Tried that and nothing there.

On the plus side, I've got 18 boxes of Viagra on the way and have inherited £150 million from an African Prince - so I can afford a couple more tickets anyway.

Same here as I bought my Sheff Wed ticket 2 days ago and only had a receipt through but no ticket.

Ignore that as just checked and the ticket is attached to the confirmation
