With what we have atm 18th or below flirting with relegation....With four new quality additions including Keeper, Lb and a top quality Cf then play offs.

Above Blackpool is the only prediction I feel safe making.

Will be more optimistic if we bring in a quality striker.

With no signings we could be ok to scrape a top half finish if Fenlon , chickson and Walton step up and we have very few injuries . With better quality including goalscorer we should be In the mix for 6th place

My expectations for a new season have never been lower. I don't think the club have any desire or ambition to get promoted whatsoever, not next season anyway. That's fine, I know know where we stand so will expect just above the relegation zone as relegation would be an utter disaster and Bloom will do anything to stop that happening. Whether 27000 plus will continue to turn up every game with this lack of desire remains to be seen

Obviously there have been much worse sides and no realistic hope of anything but a relegation battle in the past but in the last year the club have sold off, pretty much all of the family silver, they have been a selling club so something has changed. A club with ambitions to get to the top division do not sell off all their best players.
