If the club can't come to an agreement about Bennetts field could he rent spaces out for food vans, beer van,could turn it into a mini fan park,even a waterslide
What would you like to see there

A circus with Ernest orchestrating Albion related plays that tell the history of the club. I say circus because we will need lots of clowns, a tightrope walker and trick cyclists to tell this story properly

tbh the station smells of plops so piss should not be that bad

What is there to stop anyone parking there, its not the clubs anymore so they should have no need to put stewards there apart from the first 3 rows for the disabled, I very much doubt Mr Bennett will provide his own security on matchdays.

No, that would be in any commercial agreement, there would be a bar on him using it and, I would imagine if he wanted to charge say £10 a car the club would want £10 a car for going across their land?
