Meanwhile, BBC Sussex have confirmed their commentary line-up for the new season, with Adam Virgo behind the mic alongside Cantor at the Amex; and Warren Aspinall alongside him on the road. Sports reporter Adrian Harms completes the team.*
Brighton-born Virgo had two spells with Albion. His first saw his famous play-off semi-final leveller in 2004 as Albion won promotion that season. He was Player of the Season as Albion survived in the Championship, with Virgo playing as a makeshift forward.*
A £1.5m move to Celtic followed in 2005 before he returned in 2008. After retiring in 2013, Virgo took up media work as a pundit and co-commentator working with BT Sport, Sky Sports and the BBC and has covered Football League, Conference, Bundesliga and Europa League matches.*
Straight-talking Aspinall, who has built up a cult following with his no-nonsense analysis, ended his career with Albion, who were his tenth club. He played nearly 500 league matches - including spells with Everton and Aston Villa - before hanging up his boots in 2001.*
Since then he has combined his work as a scout, which he now undertakes for Albion, with commentary work for the BBC. He also undertakes voluntary work with the PFA and Sporting Chance Clinic to help patients - including many sports icons - to overcome depression and addiction, after his own successful battle to overcome his own depression.*
