They seem to be spending big on the striker front. £3m on Kiki, £1.5m on Lee Tomlin and now going in with bids of €4m for Vossen. That's an awful lot of money at this level. Can they afford it, or are they playing fast and loose with FFP rules?

They're lucky if they get 15k for home matches so, yeah, no intention whatsoever of complying with FFP.
They don't even have a dodgy sponsorship deal to prop them up.

Amazing that they can afford those players on 15k crowds and no parachute payments. They will be in for massive FFP fines.

Have you seen the fine tables? Its not that much a maximum of £4m if they are promoted less if they stay in the league.

No, I haven't seen these "fine tables". What I HAVE seen, though, are the following levels of fine for failing to comply with FFP:-

The Fair Play Tax will be applied at the following thresholds:

(a) 1% of the excess between £1 and £100,000;
(b) 20% of the excess between £100,001 and £500,000;
(c) 40% of the excess between £500,001 and £1,000,000;
(d) 60% of the excess between £1,000,001 and £5,000,000;
(e) 80% of the excess between £5,000,001 and £10,000,000; and
(f) 100% of the excess over £10,000,000

And if a team is not promoted, there will be no fine at all; a transfer embargo will be imposed.

They have bought £3m in in transfers so far this summer, which is obviously being reinvested
