I don't think it's worth sacrificing a couple of hundred thousand extra now, for a sell on clause.

He's 27 now, he'll probably be 29 or 30 when he moves on so is very unlikely to appreciate in value from today.

And it will be "undisclosed fee" obviously.

Have all of you calling for Wood as part of the deal considered that he probably earns considerably more than our budget allows? Is he going to take a wage drop (unlikely) or are we going to break our wage structure (unlikely). Wood won't be coming here imo.
