Albion’s under-21s will take on Japan as part of their pre-season build-up.
Simon Ireland’s development squad take on the Japanese under-21s in La Manga tomorrow (6pm BST).
The young Seagulls will face Spanish third tier outfit Cartagena in another friendly on Tuesday.
Meanwhile Albion’s senior squad were out at 9.30am local time today for the first training session at their base at the Pinatar Arena in Murcia.
The Seagulls face Partick Thistle, who are training on an adjoining pitch, on Saturday.
