Customer Services number changes to a cheaper rate

I called customer services this morning and got a message saying that the 0844 number has changed to 0344. I know that 0344 is cheaper than 0844, but presumably it varies as to how much cheaper according to provider? Still, at least the cost of calling customer services will now be lower, I think for all. I think that's right!

Personally, as someone that tends to only use a mobile, I believe all companies should be forced to publish the geographical number behind their non-geographical number.
