Brighton & Hove Albion trio Casper Ankergren, Bruno and Inigo Calderon have each signed new one-year contracts with the club. The three have resumed pre-season training at the club's brand new American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing, and are set to feature in Saturday's pre-season curtain raiser at Lewes.Albion manager Sami Hyypia commented, "Casper, Bruno and Inigo have been important members of the squad in recent years, and I am pleased they have agreed terms with club for another year.
"They're experienced heads with a lot of games between them, they know the Championship well and they give us continuity within the squad.
"I had a limited knowledge of all three, but David and Nathan have given me some sound input on the entire squad - including the three of them.
"Having had a chance to review a number of DVDs from last season, I can see their qualities and I am sure they'll continue to be key for us in the season ahead."
