'water breaks' at the Brazil world dup- not all as it appears..?

Still ITV are not aware of the rules governing these breaks. We are not that they last 3 minutes and the match clock runs with the lost time added at the end of the game. So the ITV commentators tell me with the match clock on 81 minutes that Holland have 9 minutes to save the game, when in fact it was at least 12 minutes.

How long before these drink breaks follow cricket, where drink breaks happen even if the players are wearing several sweaters and the crowd are huddled together trying to keep warm. Expect the world cup in Qatar to be 4 quarters of 24 minutes with breaks of 10 minutes between each quarter, with roll on/off subs permitted for 'player safety'

what was wrong with water packs, at edge of the pitch - quick slurp during natural breaks in play?

Can't guarantee an ad break there, and the extra ad breaks = more money to FIFA selling Hyundai's and coke
