Looking at the way Russia played last night a definite NO ! needed to win but still played the way we remember FC played when in charge , attacking on the break , outnumbered in the box and playing too deep , not pushing men forward . Now Woy was a breath of fresh air even though we didn't make it at least we went for it !

Defence would've been better. Still probably as toothless upfront so perhaps 2 or 3 points rather than 1.

It depends how you view 'done better'. I reckon a bigger points total for sure, maybe even to top two in the group but for sure the football would have been less entertaining.

since Russia have also been eliminated at the group stage, I don't see that Fab Crapello has anything to boast about.....It just goes to show that managing a club successfully does not always mean that a man can do the same Internationally
