How can England be favourites against the team that has beaten both Uruguay and Italy? The same two teams that have already beaten us. Plus the 9 changes Woy has made for this evening with only Sturridge and Cahill keeping their places

Heavy betting on Costa Rica. I am betting (heaviest bet yet at £1100) on England. I don't think Costa Rica or Italy are very good but they will the two teams through. Will we come bottom in the easiest group. Lots of people seem to think so?
