Mmmm. The money goes on everything but producing new players. Ironically, one of the relegated clubs have done well with their youth policy and will use it this season - Fulham. The PL are crippling the development of players and the natural progression of clubs by their handouts. Destroying a competitive Championship will impact on the production of players.
