19 year old Finnish striker, Hyypia rates him highly, he was on trial with Liverpool and Monaco a while a go, 54 career goals in 96 career games according to Wiki. Could expect to see him on trial at least.

Looks like he's been bought by Leverkusen and will be loaned to Dusseldorf.

Fortuna Dusseldorf has made his second signing for the coming season perfectly. The Bundesliga relegation borrows from the Finnish striker Joel Pohjanpalo the neighboring first division club Bayer Leverkusen for two years. The 19-year-old international was recently on loan from Bayer at Düsseldorf's second division rivals VfR Aalen. In 20 bets Pohjanpalo scored two goals.

End of thread. Fancy doing a little research next time? ;)

Joel Pohjanpalo is due to start a two-year loan spell at second division Fortuna Düsseldorf next season.

The 19-year-old Finland international joined Bayer Leverkusen from HJK Helsinki last summer and was then loaned out to VfR Aalen. Joel has made 20 appearances for the second tier side so far this season scoring two goals

Good old Argus.

Would be a perfect signing on a free. Lets hope so.

Agreed. It seems to be him or Odubajo from Orient at the moment, but the latter = bigger bucks.
