Barber says the club will review the fixture list with key stakeholders, including the police and travel companies before advising fans of any amendments in a single communication as soon as possible.*
"Sami will have some thoughts on the provisional fixture list which we'll discuss when we meet tomorrow. As ever, we will all need some time to digest the new season's fixture list and discuss it with our local stakeholders.
"The provisional fixture list is always subject to some changes, not least for early season live TV games and local operational considerations, so we will confirm any revised fixture dates as soon as we can.*
He also reminded fans that fixtures always remain subject to late change and to always keep a close eye on the club's own website and social media for fixture news.*
"Even once we publish any revisions, it is likely there will be at least one or two further changes during the season - either due to TV broadcast contracts that are in place, cup runs, weather disruption or for local operational reasons.*
"We do appreciate that changes can make things more difficult for supporters but, as ever, we will communicate any further changes as soon as we are aware of them."
