I'm sure he was out of contract at Vale which is why he was worried about the injuries he got from his team 'mate' stopping him finding another club.

He is from Maidstone and all his friends etc live round that way. I taught him at Secondary school. He was going to sign for Gillingham before he picked up an injury, got fit and signed for BHAFC when Mark Mcgee was manager.
