I'm new on here so be gentle with me.
I know people have suggested Robbie Fowler and Jamie Carragher but I'd see Danny Murphy as being more likely if it's going to be an ex Liverpool player.
Despite working at Talksport he is looking to move in to coaching and has done his badges.
Guess we will find out who it's going to be sometime this week anyway.

Would be excellent. Sammi's problem at Leverkusen was no t having the experience to turn things round when it was going wrong.....he needs someone like Murphy with a footballing brain and a big gob to do the shouting for him.

In fairness......say it quietly.....Nathan Jones also has some strength - in the latter at least
