David Luiz isn't a bad shout if you want a goal or two at the back.
Philip Lahm maybe
Sergio Ramos nets a few goals (not pens)

Trouble with that is they'll concede lots, which equates to minus points.

Dario Srna for Croatia is the only defender that takes penalties that I'm aware of out of the 32 nations.
They're in a competitive group with Brazil, Mexico and Cameroon and even if they make the last-16, they'll face Spain, Holland or Chile. However they do have some good individual players in Luka Modric, Ivan Rakitic and Mario Mandzukic so if they perform they could provide a shock at the World Cup.
