Help needed copying a specific BBC podcast.

I'm trying to get the link of a specific podcast (The Roger Bannister interview) from the BBC 5live Sports Special podcast archive.

I wish to include it into a 'you must listen to this' tweet.

But I don't seem able to get the URL (I have no idea what I talking about) for the specific show.
No matter what right click I do, it just brings up the generic 5live Sports Special feed.

Any (idiot proof) help would be greatly appreciated.

When I right-click on it I get a 'copy link' option. You can also click on the file which then opens in your browser and you can copy the link from there.

Oh golly-gosh, I wouldn't want people thinking I put all the exact details of what I wanted in the original post, just to get someone to do it for me.
