What you you rather have ? wider stripes or narrower ones ? Blue or white sponsor ? V-neck or round collar ?
I'd go for bottom left picture.

Out of the four I'd go bottom left. Of all the mock ups I've seen though the one that catches my eye the most is the one someone did of the blue shirt with white pinstripes.

Top right would be my choice. With a white sponsors patch, it would look good with white shorts and blue socks.

Wouldn't the sponsor's logo be dictated by the sponsor? The colour may depend on their corporate branding.
