Manager first followed closely by Ulloa (good news to mitigate the bad) with a sub-paragraph in the press release confirming Buckley to Sunderland.
All sugar-coated with the assurance that "every penny will be given to the manager for new recruits ...... ." blah blah blah.
New kit a week later in time for a photo-op with Britt Assombalonga.

The club will manage this so the manager is appointed first before Ulloa leaving, so I will go with manager, shirt and then Ulloa. The shirt to be presented alongside the manager.
