Barcelona B & Real Madrid Castilla develop world class Spanish players in the 2nd tier of Spanish football - but they are saying we should develop our best talent by pitching them against essentially non-league teams every week?! Sounds counter-productive.

Spain have world class flair players not because of B teams but because Spain has one pro coach for every 38 registered players, we have one pro coach for every 812 registered players...... it aint rocket science and decimating the current pyramid to pitch the best English young players against long ball merchants at conference/League2 level is not the answer.

more high quality coaches, more high quality players, more chance that more will make it into top teams, more chance for England........

real problem with this bullshit b team fudge is they don't want to spend more money on the real problem, coaching
