If I see one more dire thread about Hughton, Lennon, Mowbrey, Warnock et al, I'm going to curl up in a ball and cry, for the summer.

Calde is the only man who can unite the players & fans.

He needs to march into Tony's office and say:-

'you're not killing my club with some boring sour-faced, no necked Rodney, I'm the manager now, and this is how we're going to do it

Not sure about the Championship but if by some miracle we did get promoted then he would need them. I guess we could carry on having a different manager every season though.

He gets it for being a man-love idol...UEFA have stated that:

"On receipt of applications for coaching qualifications from a tier 1 Sex Panther, the governing body may confirm, at its discretion, the award of UEFA Pro Licence without proof of workshop attendance".

Its in the small print so you may have missed it last time you read the regulations.

If we are insisting on getting someone in with less than 1 full season experience of being number 1 at a club, then we might as well appoint Calderon.

Far more inspiring than the other novices suggested.

I expect West Brom want him anyway.

All the 'fans' 'bored' with our play-off placing, possession and clean sheet style of football, won't have a leg to stand on when we're either winning or losing 6-5.
