thats really nice of him, but at the end of the day football is so out of touch with the rest of the worlds jobs that its probably only half of his weekly salary

The thing is he did not have to do it. Ok it is 10 days wages but still a great act imo.

Just because he is a bit of a hammerhead at times, does not mean he is a complete throbber.

Oh laying it on to help an opponent get sent off........... Well yeah but every side have about three of them.

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
It must be tough to pick and choose as he must get these daily. I imagine someone like Apple would ignore every single personal request.

What is sad is that Ronaldo will earn that back in a couple of days, but a potentially life saving operation was not available without his intervention.

Something is amiss there.

No matter what people earn. Some do nothing so for that I respect Ronaldo. A lovely thing to do.

A very nice gesture.

It's not the first time he has been reported to have done similar good deeds.

As said, it's absolute peanuts to his wealth, but it's the thought that counts.

The worlds gone mad.

Next they'll be a big Didier Drogba love-in or Craig Bellamy snogfest.
