purchased 2014/2015 season ticket back in April any ideas when first payment comes out direct debit and when doyou get the ticket

Direct Debits are taken the 1st of each month. You will probably get the ticket shortly after your first payment. I would contact the club if no money has been taken so far.

I presume they've taken a deposit payment (IIRC double of your monthly DD)

August payment not taken from sons or Bens account today anybody else in the same boat

Club has stated they will be taken on 4th August this month.
