The youngsters getting England call ups coupled with the new training facilities might encourage quality young players to look at The Albion as the right club to join. Good times ahead.

Definitely good times ahead. The challenge then becomes how to retain that young talent and not just end up being a feeder club for the likes of [insert name of cherry-picking club here].
