Chamakh and Speroni are being offered new contracts. The only reason they're on the released list is because they haven't signed them yet. Both players are likely to stay with Palace next year.

Pulis has been brutal there.
I must admit I like that - shows confidence he has in his plans, and freeing up cash for his wages budget. A slimmed down squad, but with PL money, to give a squad of greater quality.

Chamakh could be waiting to see if Zidane becomes the new head coach at Bordeaux , Speroni is apparently happy with being the number 2 goalie.

Yep. He's 34 so it would have to be a short term deal, but he is a very classy player.
