Just out of interest, where does NSC stand if one of the named establishments believes some of the comments are slanderous and negatively affecting trade? After all, "WORST" is subjective. Could they sue? Or is it all fair game?

They'd be happy enough to accept the opinions if it were for the "best pub", so I feel that "worst pub" has to be equally fair game.

It's quite clearly opinion anyway, isn't it?

Horatio's, by a mile. Haven't been in either for years but at least the Bat and Ball has a decent pub name - referring to the sport that used to be played on the Level opposite, apparently.

Horatio's is without any doubt the worst pub in Brighton IMHO.
