How does it work when you have a manager bringing his own staff? Who decides how much they get paid the manager or the club budget. What if you had a decent manager lined up but there was not enough budget to pay all his underlings.

Genuinely interested in how this may work because it must have implications on an appointment

I think some managers will insist on working with their own back room staff, certainly those more experienced.
