Oscar: a bit surprised - took team to playoffs in his first season - but sensed slight tension within ranks that he wasn't right man, defensive focus unpopular with fans, OG will be highly-sought but was perhaps caught off-guard by difficulty of C'ship and signing players for it
Sherwood rumour: Would be a good choice; passionate, motivates, good coach and would be good at developing youngsters when no money to spend)
Fans: Frustration understandable; money going on off-field setup, big players sold but money not reinvested
