One of Oscar's reasons for leaving was because he gave the recruitment staff a list of spanish players he wanted to sign, NONE of them were signed. That's going to put off any manager if they can't bring player's they want in because the recruitment staff want to bring in different ones, I know realise why they called Oscar Head coach, If this continues we aren't going to get any half decent manager in.
