Garcia had 9 months in a foreign country, where it's cold, wet and windy for 8 months of the year.
In a league that is mega competitive but is massively overshadowed by the premier league.
In a club that is building but doing so slowly. No QPR riches here.
He might have just decided he didn't fancy it.......

There will be managers queuing up to come here.

Yes however he was managing the Israel version of Celtic in their top division.
A division BTW that is made up of 14 clubs half of which play in front of crowds of 5,000 tops.
What were this guys credentials again?
