Can we please get a manager this time. Someone who picks the players he wants to sign, the coaches he wants to work with and get a full pre season and signings sorted out asap. So we stand half a chance next season and everyone is signing from the same song sheet. Bye bye Mr Burke please, we won't get anyone decent all the time he is calling the shots on the playing staff. We've tried it and it's failed, can we go back to tried and tested now please.

A 'manager' who is assisted by a good team of coaches.

Unlikely we could afford/persuade him to join us but as mentioned by some others it Malkay Mackay for me.

Another way of looking at this is that the events of the past two summers show that our structure is sensible. Whether the people in place are actually getting the most out of the structure is another matter, of course.

The club will not release the funds for a manager to sign the players he wants, if we did not believe Gus we should now believe Oscar, for some reason the club think that having a shiny new white elephant will get us promoted ,maybe now they will wake up and smell the coffee
