It looks to me, even though Oscar came across as mild mannered he had had enough of the senior management dictating to him his job and left? Presuming we are looking for an all out yes man who will be happy with whoever Burke signs?

Too many "managerial types" breathing statistics and shoving analysis in his face. They're in every workplace and I'd imagine he Albion have a few of them now. I wouldn't work under them either
