World Cup stay at homes

With a couple of big players already confirmed as not going to Brazil (Ronaldinho, Kaka, Cole etc), and some countries with more great players than squad places (e.g. Spain) any suggestions on who could go in to a squad of these left over players?

I reckon the team / squad would be better than most which will actually be competing!
