I don't think so. In spite of FFP, the top clubs seem to be spending more and more, whilst we are (quite rightly) aiming to be financially self-sufficient. This division will get harder every year. Having said that, I look forward to seeing what Oscar can do with us. I'm probably just feeling a bit sorry for myself right now!!

The aesthetics of the surroundings are less of an issue than the chance to visit the city really. But I take your point.
