Bloody circumstance! Albion always get in the play offs when there is an important birthday in my family, hence I find myself I Barcelona this weekend.

No problem, all under control I thought. Bit of research revealed a sports bar with sixteen, yes 16, screens on the main drag. Early homework this afternoon revealed it has shut down! ( Electricity bill I guess).

Further investigation has revealed an Irish bar who will show the 1st half, but after that it will be Real and/or other Spanish sides. Anyone know an English football friendly bar, or have a stream address?

HELP!!!!!!!!!

I would suggest you head to Flahertys (http://www.pflaherty.com/home.php?ciudad=barcelona&lan=en) at the bottom end of The Rambla.
They NORMALLY show all the games but have multiple screens & stations & will always put a game on if you ask nicely.
The food is also good value & atmosphere not too bad either.

Errr, scuse me, boss?.... One does not 'holiday' in Barcelona, one 'weekends' in Barca, especially when F1 is in town.

Does anyone know where I can find a British consulate? I didn't want to mention it or at least forgot, but I am sunning myself, whikst drinking a Cuba Libre in a five star apartment in the People's Republic of Amnesia.

Try asking the lads at Michael Collins Irish Bar, its across the small park at the front of Sagrida Familia. They are really helpful in there. They normally show Championship games in there. Good luck
