we were well on top and when they equalised then the whole team's heads went down.

the likes of orlandi, lingard, and jfc all very weak in this attribute.

need to sort this in the summer with some signings (stephens fitness too) - then go again.

no problem with tonight - derby looked comfortable, but our best 11 was not on the pitch.

need to go ALL OUT for the first 20 mins at Derby, and if we lose 0-4 who cares - we need an early goal and so to attack with attacking players from the off.

OG will have learnt alot, and with Ince and March - things will be ok next season.

I 100% agree mate, really knocked the stuffing out of us. We started well but you cannot let your heads drop like that. That's the downside of having to field inexperienced players like Lingard, Caskey etc.

mental strength?? You forgot the worst of the lot. Will Buckley. What a ****ing waste of space that is. Is there a footballer softer in the head than him?

Goes down with a hamstring injury and is told to play on.

Then comes off at half time.

Now you would think with a hamstring, he'd be ****ed, but he hasn't ruled himself out for Sunday yet!!

What the **** is going on there!! Hamstring my arse. Soft between the ears more like.

If ever a player deserved the sicknote tag, its Will Buckley.

All the opposition have to do it seems it to put in one 'hard' tackle on him and he's out of the game afterwards. Sad as he clearly has bags of talent but I don't think we'll ever see it consistently from him.

Once we had scored and had it in our heads the game was won we sat back and waited for derby to score,it`s been the same all season
