After reaching the play-offs for a second year in succession, Brighton & Hove Albion captain Gordon Greer says last year’s semi-final heartache is a motivation to succeed this time round.
The Seagulls suffered an agonising 2-0 defeat to rivals Crystal Palace at this stage last season but the Scottish international says those memories are an incentive to be successful in this year's play-offs.*
He told seagulls.co.uk, "Last year we played well, we were unlucky and it wasn't meant to be but we'll be looking to use that disappointment to help us this year.
"It does feel different this year as last season we were in there with a few games to go so it wasn't nail-biting like it was on Saturday at Forest, but we're delighted to be there.
"We don't feel any pressure because we've nipped in there at the last minute so, with a good performance, hopefully we can get the results we need."*

Albion clinched a top-six finish courtesy of Leo Ulloa's last-gasp winner at Nottingham Forest on the final day of the season and Greer says the manner of the victory has got the dressing room buzzing.
