I have this on my site as a downloadable ringtone in OGG (this is the file format my Android needs to make it work as a ringtone) and MP3 along with the marching band version.

Madness, but I thought Bad Manners were a Sussex Band. I knew one of the Sax players. I think he was part of the stadium Tom Hark tune.
