It would be a worry. I think our best chance would be subbing Brezovan on with 1 or 2 minutes left on the clock. At least he has a fairly decent penalty saving record. I cannot recall Kuszczak saving a penalty since signing for us.

In terms of penalty takers, I would trust Spanish Dave, Ward and Calderon. After that, I would be worried.

Also Brez on in goal. Imagine the psychological blow that would do to the other team, knowing we were bringing a HUGE penalty specialist on.

This is PIVOTAL.

Bringing on a keeper for a shoot out doesn't happen anywhere near often enough, and Brezovan has a very enviable record with penalties.

Yes but imagine if he spooks a Derby player making them miss and then saves one, he'd be approaching legend status in my eyes and I don't use the term often.

He's like the Fran Sandaza of goalkeepers, he knows and we know that he hasn't got a huge amount of talent but when it comes down to the wire, you can rely on him to stand up and be counted.
