Post: Tickets purchased before 3pm on Wed 7th May can be posted. Please note that Derby County do not issue duplicate tickets under any circumstances, including tickets lost in the post. For this reason you may wish to use the collection option and collect from the Amex stadium.

Collection: Collection queues on the home matchday are expected to be extremely long, so we advise collecting at other times. The ticket office at the Amex will be open from 9am-7pm Mon-Wed for collections only. If you would prefer to collect from the iPro Stadium, Derby, on the matchday, please email supporter services after completing your purchase, including your fan number and payment reference.

I have just got back from the ticket office. Absolute chaos. They are telling people you can only collect your tickets after lunch. It's a shame they didn't put that on the website.
